At NordicOmega3.com, we are committed to your journey toward cellular balance. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we follow a strict protocol, our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and data-driven.
1. 60-Day Return & Exchange Policy (USA)
For our customers in the United States, you may return or exchange products in unused, sealed, and re-saleable condition within 60 days from the date of purchase.
Condition: All returned products must be unopened with the original seals intact.
Authorization: Before shipping any items back, you must contact Customer Care to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Packaging: Please write your Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package and include the original packing slip inside the box.
2. The “3:1 Balance” Money-Back Guarantee
We are so confident in the efficacy of our protocol that we offer a special 100% money-back guarantee for first-time customers on a 6-month subscription that includes a BalanceTest.
How it works:
If your first BalanceTest results show that your Omega-6:3 ratio is 3:1 or better, you have already achieved optimal balance!
In this case, you may choose to cancel your subscription and return your unused products.
We will refund 100% of your purchase price (including the cost of the test you already used), minus shipping costs.
Note: This guarantee only applies if you have not consumed the Balance products prior to taking your first test.
3. Shipping & Refunds
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refund Processing: Once our warehouse has received and inspected the returned products, a refund for the purchase price and applicable tax (minus original shipping costs) will be issued to your original form of payment.
Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after the warehouse receives the return.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
